Refund & Return Policy

Please note, due to the customized nature of our orders, they are confirmed and processed immediately upon purchase. While all sales are considered final, your satisfaction is our top priority. If there happens to be any discrepancy or error from our side, rest assured, we will make it right.

In the event of a damaged product, we may request a photo or video to assist with your inquiry.

Return Conditions:

  1. Eligibility: Items must be in their original packaging, unused, unworn, undamaged, and with all tags & labels intact.
  2. EU Customers: You have 15 days from receiving your item to request a return.
  3. Non-EU Customers: You have 15 days to request a return, provided that the item meets our return policy conditions.
  4. Cancellation Policy: Orders cannot be canceled once shipped. If you need to change your shipping address, please notify us immediately after placing your order. If you no longer want the product, you can return it after delivery.

Initiating a Return:

To begin the return process, please email customer service with your order number, receipt, or proof of purchase, along with a photo of the product you wish to return, to contact@luxirich.com or info@luxirich.com. We will review your request to ensure it meets our return conditions and respond within 24 to 48 hours. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. 

Important: Do not ship the item back to the address on the product packaging or receipt. Once your return is approved, we will manually send you the correct return address via email. Only then should you proceed with shipping the item back to us.

Refund Processing:

  • Payment Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once the item is received at our facility.
  • Processing Time: Please allow up to 10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. Unfortunately, this timeline is beyond our control.
  • Shipping Costs: Customers will be responsible for covering the cost of return shipping. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for expensive items, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Non-Returnable Items:

Certain items, including custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items), clearance items, and gift cards, cannot be returned For any concerns, please contact us at contact@luxirich.com.

Luxirich E-Gift Card Terms and Conditions 

Please note there are terms and conditions specific to luxirich E-Gift Cards. These are listed below:

1) E-Gift Cards cannot be refunded for change of mind

2) E-Gift Cards cannot be replaced or refunded if lost, stolen, or altered

3) E-Gift Card balances that remain after expiry cannot be refunded

4) E-Gift Card Cards are valid for a maximum of 6 months from the date of purchase

What happens if I don’t spend the entire value of the E-Gift Card in one transaction? 

There is no need to spend the entire E-Gift Card amount in one go. The balance remains tied to the E-Gift Card code to be used another time. However, you must redeem the full amount before the E-Gift Card expiry date.

What happens if there’s a balance left on the card when it expires? 

Unfortunately, any balance remaining after the expiry date will also expire and cannot be refunded.

Exchanges:

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange, email us at contact@luxirich.com with a photo or video of the issue. If approved, we will exchange the product for the same item. Please ensure that you must follow these guidelines:-

  1. For defective and wrong. Please keep in mind the following–You need to share the images, unboxing video for wrong product with fully packed condition.
  2. Kindly ensure the video is clear and the damaged/defective/missing part of the jewelery is highlighted in zoom.
  3. You must send us a video of the original labels and tags intact box.If the video is not shared as per the mentioned details we will be not able to cater to any further requests.
  4. We will be requiring a 360-degree unpacking video of the parcel for us to process the request further.

Refund Status:

We will notify you via email once we have received and inspected your return. If your refund is approved, it will be processed within 10 business days. If you have not received your refund within this timeframe, please:

  1. Check Your Bank Account: Ensure the refund hasn’t already been processed and reflected in your account.
  2. Contact Your Credit Card Company: Refunds can sometimes take additional time to be officially posted. Your credit card company can provide insights into this delay.
  3. Reach Out to Your Bank: There may be processing times involved before the refund is fully posted to your account.
